If your IllumiLevel™ device is defective or malfunctions within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge or refund your purchase—provided the product is shipped back to us.

How to Request a Replacement:

2. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
3. Once we receive your returned device, we will ship a replacement promptly, or refund your purchase.

Important Notes:

• The replacement guarantee is valid only for original purchasers.
